Click & Collect
is available if you wish to pick up your order from our Showroom in Whangamata, free of charge. Add items to cart, fill in your customer information, then for shipping select ‘Click and collect from Showroom’. All orders must be picked up within 7 days, unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Rural | Waiheke + Chatham Islands | PO Boxes
If you are wanting to ship to a rural delivery area or Waiheke/Chatham Islands please be aware your courier will cost a little more. ($5 surcharge on top of regular shipping charges). You will need to select ‘Rural delivery inclu. Waiheke & Chatham Islands’ option at the shipping section.
Please take care to select the correct shipping option at checkout.

All products in stock will be processed and dispatched to you within one
working day of us receiving your order. Orders are processed and packaged
during our office hours of 9-3pm, Monday to Friday. If you have placed your
order on a weekend, we will action this on Monday.
Our shipping provider is Go Sweet Spot, which offers a large number of
different courier companies throughout NZ. All orders that are dispatched will require a signature on arrival for security, and also for confirmation that your order has arrived to you safely. If there is a delay for any reason, we will let you know.
Auckland + Bay of Plenty | 1-2 days
Rest of the North Island and the South Island | 2-3 days
Note: Please allow a couple extra working days when shipping to a rural or outer
Australia | 3-8 working days (this does not include the time it may be required
to clear customs)

Oversized and Furniture Timeframes: The above delivery timeline does not apply to our oversized, heavy or furniture items. These will be determined on an order by order basis.
For those items which are made-to-order, or available pre-order only, your

confirmation detailing the approximate delivery date of your items. If for any
reason we are unable to meet this dispatch turnaround we will contact you as
soon as possible to let you know. Please note we cannot guarantee a specific
