With over a decade of experience in the interior design industry, Rosie founded The Other Half Design to bring a thoughtful and highly personalised approach to residential design.
Known for her ability to balance creativity with practicality, Rosie works closely with clients, builders, and trusted trades to create homes that are both beautiful and deeply functional. Her design philosophy centres around timeless interiors, considered material selections, and spaces that reflect the unique lifestyle of those who live within them.
Drawing inspiration from New Zealand's coastal landscape and a refined architectural sensibility, Rosie is passionate about creating homes that feel cohesive, enduring, and effortlessly lived in. Her collaborative approach and attention to detail ensure each project is carefully guided from concept through to completion.

Originally from Utah, USA, Annie brings a unique blend of creativity, organisation, and attention to detail to the TOH team. Her background in both Marketing and Interior Design allows her to approach each project with a thoughtful balance of aesthetics and functionality, always considering how a space will look, feel, and be lived in.
Annie loves being involved from the very beginning of a project, helping shape ideas and watching them come to life through each stage of the design process. Known for her attention to detail and calm, considered nature, she enjoys creating spaces that feel cohesive, personal, and effortless. Seeing a client's vision transformed into a home they truly love is what she finds most rewarding about her role at TOH.
