If you are unhappy with your order, we will exchange or credit full price items that are returned to us within 10 days of being received by you.

Returns Process

Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to make an
exchange or return before you send anything back - this is best done via email
to info@theotherhalfdesign.com

All returns must be sent back with tracking and your printable purchase
receipt, within 10 days of receiving your order. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to The Other Half Design. All extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs incurred. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.

Product returned must be in original condition, including all tags and
packaging. We have the right to refuse returns on product that does not meet these requirements. Until your return has been received at The Other Half Design we will not be held responsible for any loss of packages, tears and damages to your return parcel. 

Our returns policy lasts 10 days from our return email to you. Unfortunately
after the 10 days we cannot offer you a credit or exchange.

Returns & exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be
accepted. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside New Zealand. 

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot credit/exchange skincare, sorry.

Return Sale Items

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any sale items either from
purchases made instore or online. 

This is of course is subjected to faulty or damage product, in which case we
will replace the item, or if we cant replace we will supply you with a
refund/store credit (whichever you choose). Please check our ‘faulty items’ section in the Terms and Conditions page to review.

Faulty Items

If an item you receive is faulty please email us info@theotherhalfdesign.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will assess the product. This can take up to five working days from the date the item is received by our team. If the item is faulty, we will either repair or replace the item, depending on the circumstances; if a repair or replacement is not available, then we will happily provide you with a full refund.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the items you purchase from us are required to be of acceptable quality

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you; The Other Half online store ensures they have taken care in checking thoroughly for any faults before sending orders out to you. 

We are not responsible for any fault or damage that may have arisen due to you having used the item in a way, or to an extent, that does not qualify as reasonable consumer use – this includes a failure to follow care instructions. If we find that the fault has arisen due to your use or care of the item, we are not responsible for your costs of returning the item to us to be assessed, or sending the item back to you and will not accept the item as faulty.

If an item is faulty (on suppliers end) we will need to send it back to the supplier for inspection. Where required the item will be repaired, replaced or refunded at the sole discretion of the supplier. We can not be held accountable for this timeline but will update you along the way.

Return Timeframes

Your credit or exchange will be actioned within 5 working days after receiving your
return email. If you are being refunded for damaged items that we're not able to replace for you, we will apply the refund to your original method of payment.

All pricing listed is in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of 15% GST.
Prices may be subject to variation without notice.
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our
products are correct at the time of publication. However we cannot warrant
that the content on the site has no errors or inaccuracies. Also bare in mind
that some computers and devices may display colours a little differently. If you
purchase something and find its not as to be described or pictured please
email us.

Stock Availability

We always do our very best to ensure our online stock inventory is accurately
up to date, however in some instances there can of course be errors. We
have a physical store which shares the stock inventory so if an item in our
physical store is purchased and sold the same time an order for the item
online is processed then the online item will not be available. In this case, we
will inform you as soon as possible and do our best to fulfil the order (with a
slight delay) or cancel the order. You have the right to a full refund in this case.
