Care 

Cover

Machine wash cold.
Do not bleach.
Do not Tumble Dry.
Warm Iron.
Gentle Dry dry clean with PCE.
Wash dark colours separately.
Remove promptly from the washing machine.

Inner

Give Me Some Sun

Pillow stuffing could use a little R&R too.
Lay inserts out in the sun to air for a few hours. Between a few karate chops and aerating here and there, you’ll keep that peak pillowy comfort.

Wash Me
Be gentle and choose your softest setting on a cold wash.
Remove the cushion before the spin cycle and dry flat.
When almost dry, place in a tumble dryer on low heat with tennis balls for maximum softness. Apologise to your neighbours later.
Do not dry clean. Never bleach. Never, even iron. Always wash covers separately.

The above rates exclude items over 6kg. Delivery for oversized items will be calculated at checkout or a shipping quote emailed before your order is completed.

All orders can be collected from our studio in Whangamata. Select 'Click and Collect' in checkout. All orders must be picked up within 7 days unless alternative arrangements are made.

Rural | Waiheke + Chatham Islands | PO Boxes
If you want to ship to a rural delivery area or Waiheke/Chatham Islands please be aware your courier will cost an additional $5.00. Select ‘Rural delivery inclu. Waiheke & Chatham Islands’ option in the shipping section.

Please take care to select the correct shipping option at checkout. 

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Australia

We charge a flat rate of $20.00 for shipping to Australia. 

Please note: This excludes any heavy and oversized parcels, furniture items or rural deliveries. If you would like to receive a shipping quote before purchase please email info@theotherhalfdesign.com with details of your delivery location and the items you wish to purchase.

Worldwide 

For all international orders outside of Australia we will provide a quote for shipping costs.

All orders are shipped via our provider Go Sweet Spot. All deliveries require a signature to ensure your order arrives safely.  

Any additional duties or taxes applied to international purchases at the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Your local customs office will assist with any further queries regarding possible charges.

Processing Timeline

Orders are processed and packaged during our studio hours 9am - 3pm, Tues to Friday. 

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed. Buyer is responsible for all items lost in transit. 

Delivery Timeline

Auckland + Bay of Plenty | 1 - 2 days
Rest of the North Island and the South Island | 2 - 3 days 

Note: Allow 1 - 2 additional working days for rural deliveries.  

Australia | Approx. 3 - 8 working days.

The above delivery timeline does not apply to oversized, heavy or furniture orders. These will be determined on an order-by-order basis.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order or made-to-order items will be processed within 1 working day. An email confirmation detailing the approximate delivery date of your items will then be provided. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Please note: We do not offer cancellations or refunds on pre-order or made-to-order items.

Gift Wrapping

We offer complimentary gift wrapping in-store and online. Please note: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide this service on oversized items.
